Fundraising with Simply Pies is a wonderful, fresh alternative to traditional fundraising methods. Instead of having to work hard to sell products that no-one really wants, delicious Timbertown Pies will practically sell themselves, everyone loves stocking their freezer with our extensive range of family pies.
If you are a school, sporting club or charitable organisation then the Simply Pie drive program is an excellent way to raise valuable funds and it is so easy.
Step 1:Download our ‘Fundraising Pack’ from the menu on the right side of this page.
Step 2:Book a delivery date for your Pie Drive by calling Simply Pies on Ph: 07 5477 0167.
Step 3:Four weeks before your pie drive delivery date, distribute a copy of the Simply Pie drive order form along with a cover letter to every member of your organisation. Ask members to obtain orders from family & friends and return the form to you within 2 weeks.
Step 4:Ten days before your pie drive delivery date, tally the total pie quantities and ring your total order to Ph: 07 5477 0167 or fax a totals sheet to Fax: 07 5477 0167. We will send you an invoice for payment prior to delivery.
Step 5:Your pies will be delivered to you on the pre-arranged date. You may like to organise a few friends to help divide up the pies into individual orders, ready for collection by your members.
